A few friends of Strength Restored have decided to take the three peaks challenge in aid of Strength Restored.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These peaks form part of the Pennine range and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
The Yorkshire Three Peaks route is 24-miles long and includes 5,200ft (1,585m) of ascent.

They recommend a team of 4-30 people to make things worthwhile. Once we have a decent sized team we will set about organising the challenge for you.

If you feel up to the challenge, fill out the form below. This will add you to a mailing list specifically for the challenge team. Be sure to acknowledge the confirmation email, otherwise, you won’t be counted.
